1. How do I set up a new account?
To open an account with BJK Distribution, please call our customer service department at 347-968-6313 or email us a brief summary of your distribution needs to bjkpublishing@yahoo.com. We would like to talk with you directly about your distribution needs.
 
2. How do I get my books into the BJK warehouse?
Shipments should be sent via USPS, UPS or FedEx to:

3. How do I reach customer service for information, questions, claims, invoices and payment?
Please call our Customer Service Department at 832-303-3277 or send an email to  bjkpublishing@yahoo.com.
 
4. What are the current sales terms?
All discounts are off the invoiced list price. All sales are final and nonreturnable.

The order minimum of 12 units must still be met 

 

5. How can I get the latest projections to help me set a print run?
Our online databases are continually updated to provide you with the latest projections. It is still a good idea, when you are setting a print run, to contact us two weeks in advance in case we have updates that have not yet been entered.
